My name is Bela Santos. I'm a health and fitness/yoga professional with over 15+ years of industry experience. Throughout my career, I have done everything from teaching large scale group fitness classes, corporate wellness programming, fitness director roles at big box gyms and also owned/operated my own studio locations. I've had the privilege of not only working with amazing industry colleagues, but also coaching hundreds of clients to successfully meet their personal health/wellness goals. I am a childhood PTSD survivor who found a lot of joy, healing and purpose through my athletic and physical fitness pursuits. For as long as I can remember, I've had a deep sense of intuition and empathy to help serve people. Sharing my passion for fitness comes with ease and has always provided me a sense of purpose.
In addition to my professional experience, I am also a competitive fitness athlete and a WBFF PRO Model. I have dedicated myself to pushing the boundaries of my own physical abilities and hold a profound passion, respect for the human body and all it can accomplish. My journey as a fitness athlete has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the mindset, discipline, perseverance, and commitment required to reach peak conditioning through physique transformation.
Through my coaching style, I seek to empower people to live healthy and vibrant lives. Through mindset practices, I seek to inspire my clients to honor the true meaning of health, beyond the exterior “wow factor” of a chiseled physique. From my own personal experience, I understand that true wellness encompasses not only addressing physical, but also the mental and emotional aspects of our body. My education style comes from a deep place of empathy, attention to detail and personalization. With this whole body, balanced approach, I aim to guide my clients to embrace a proactive lifestyle that supports their own individualized needs.
